Female Tele caller

Silver Dunes Real Estate Brokers LLC is looking for a dedicated, young and enthusiastic Female Tele caller to join our dynamic team in Dubai. We are seeking candidates for English, Arabic and Russian Speakers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate services and properties.
• Manage inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic or Russian is an advantage).
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
